At Frost's Books, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:30 PM (orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day)
  • Shipping Transit Time: 4–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–9 business days
  • Shipping Method: Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping
  • Shipping Cost: Free on orders of $50.00 USD or more; $5.00 USD flat rate on orders under $50.00 USD
  • Shipping Destination: United States only

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Free return shipping applies to eligible returns. If a customer places the wrong order, the cost of return shipping may be charged to the customer.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you've misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging and send them directly to our customer service team.

  • Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
