Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Order cut-off time: 6:30 PM

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • If the customer places a wrong order, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Send the photos to our customer service team

Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
